Records in goods transit across the border
In July 2025, the State Customs Service recorded the highest number of goods transported under the joint transit procedure (T1). Ukrainian customs officials processed 8 thousand T1 declarations this month, which is an absolute record since the implementation of the NCTS system in the country.
'These are not just numbers; they confirm successful cooperation between customs and business, digitalization, and integration into the European customs community,' the Customs Service explained.
Since the introduction of the joint transit procedure in Ukraine in 2022, the total number of T1 declarations has exceeded 208 thousand. This indicates the trust of businesses in Ukrainian customs and the stability of this direction.
In July 2025, Ukraine recorded a record number of goods movements under the joint transit procedure, which testifies to the successful cooperation between customs and business and the integration into the European customs community.
