All 43 Claim Categories Now Open in the International Damage Registry
The International Damage Registry has enabled submissions across all 43 claim categories, covering the full spectrum of losses caused by Russian aggression. Individuals can file claims under 21 categories, businesses have access to 11 categories, and the state can submit claims in another 11 categories. The newly activated categories include claims related to:
- personal losses
- damage to housing and property
- business-related losses
- infrastructure destruction
- harm to cultural heritage and the environment
- state-level damages
To date, more than 195,000 claims have been submitted, with over 65,000 already entered into the Registry. Sergey Koretsky, a representative of the Registry, emphasized:

Claims can be submitted online through the Diia portal. This digital platform simplifies the registration process for all claimants and helps establish a comprehensive database to support future compensation efforts.
