In the first half of 2025, over 8,500 applications were submitted through the hotline '1698' and the 'Single Window for Citizens' service, with nearly 36,500 calls recorded and over 2,500 personal consultations conducted. The Minister noted that an important step was the digitalization of processes, allowing families to obtain online extracts from the Unified Register of Missing Persons.

Igor Klymenko emphasized that each inquiry is carefully considered, and families receive comprehensive support. The Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to improve search processes to make assistance even more effective and timely.
