Migration Service Returns to Normal Functioning
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has announced the completion of technical maintenance and the full restoration of the State Migration Service's information systems. Migration Service branches and Passport Service offices are now operating according to their usual schedules. All services that were temporarily halted due to technical malfunctions are once again available to the public.
The technical difficulties began in late September following equipment failures at the electronic communications service provider. This led to restricted access to several of the Migration Service’s information and telecommunication systems. Although maintenance was initially planned from September 28 to 30, the restoration efforts extended, with full system stability expected by the end of October 2.

Appointments booked during the maintenance period remain valid. Citizens do not need to re-register for the electronic queue and can access services at a later convenient time. Passport issuance has also resumed, and the official State Migration Service website is scheduled to be fully operational by Monday.
