The Ministry of Internal Affairs has resumed the service of providing certificates of no criminal record. This can now be done through the 'Single Citizen Window' on the Ministry's website or via the 'Diia' application.
«Since Friday, we have been working on updating the service and software, so that the system works more efficiently and faster,» emphasized the Ministry.
The Ministry reminds that this service is available for all citizens over 14 years old. The ready certificate of no criminal record can be downloaded from the personal account of the 'Single Window for Citizens'. If you choose to apply through the 'Diia' application, the document will be sent to your email or can be downloaded in the 'Received Documents' section.
In addition, a new section called 'Veteran PRO' has appeared in the 'Diia' application with services specifically for veterans. It is also worth noting that from June 1, a new paid service for banks has become available in the 'Diia' application - document sharing. This feature allows banks to obtain copies of users' digital documents through the 'Diia' application, and the service is paid only for banks, while remaining free for citizens.
