Introducing the Payment Hub System
Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, has announced the launch of a unified online system called the Payment Hub, designed to handle payments for services at Ministry of Interior service centers. Initially deployed for vehicle registration fees, the system was first tested at a territorial service center in the capital before being rolled out nationwide.
According to officials, a service center administrator generates a single payment document containing all necessary details. To complete a transaction, users simply scan a QR code and confirm the payment through their banking app. For those who prefer traditional methods, an alternative option remains available, allowing payments at any bank branch.
Key Advantages of the Payment Hub
The Payment Hub automatically calculates fees and taxes, significantly reducing the risk of errors or inaccuracies. During vehicle purchase or sale transactions, the system also splits payments between buyer and seller, ensuring clarity and transparency for both parties.

The introduction of the Payment Hub marks a significant step in Ukraine’s push to digitize government services. By streamlining payments and enhancing financial transparency, it aims to boost public trust in state institutions. This initiative also aligns with ongoing modernization efforts within the Ministry, which could improve overall service efficiency in the years ahead.
