'Nazovni' Export Platform to Be Phased Out

Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) will terminate its cooperation with the 'Nazovni' export support platform effective April 1, 2026. This move marks a strategic shift in how the government assists businesses in foreign markets. Following this date, the MFA, in partnership with the Entrepreneurship and Export Development Office, will begin developing a new state-backed service to aid exporters. All applications submitted through the platform up until the end of March 2026 will be processed by Ukraine's diplomatic missions abroad.

Legacy of the 'Nazovni' Platform

During its four-year operation, the 'Nazovni' platform delivered significant support to Ukrainian exporters, achieving several key milestones. For instance:

  • 3,071 companies registered on the platform;
  • Ukrainian diplomatic posts abroad processed 12,050 exporter requests;
  • More than 500 companies participated in over 100 trade shows under preferential terms;
  • Over 600 contracts were signed, with values ranging from 13,000 to 2.5 million euros.

The MFA has expressed confidence in the successful implementation of the new service and will announce details of the new communication channels soon. This transition reflects the evolving needs of Ukraine's export economy, which has grown in complexity since the platform's launch. The upcoming service aims to build upon this foundation, leveraging the experience gained to create a more modern and effective support system for Ukrainian businesses competing globally. The Entrepreneurship and Export Development Office is expected to play a central role in these new initiatives, which are designed to enhance the international competitiveness of Ukrainian goods.
