NAC of Ukraine defined the strategy for 2026: how preparations for the Olympics are underway

From November 14 to 16, a nationwide seminar on the Olympic movement took place in Cherkasy region. Representatives of regional branches, the central office of NAC of Ukraine, and local authorities gathered here to discuss important issues in the field of sports.



During the event, participants discussed the results of the organization's activities over the past year, interaction between regions and the central office, as well as strategies for the development of the Olympic movement in a state of martial law. Among the honored guests were well-known athletes and public figures, such as Vadym Hutzait, Ihor Taburets, Anastasia Chubina, and others.



Participants emphasized the preparation for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games, the implementation of projects and events within NAC of Ukraine in 2022, financial and legal support, raising awareness of the activities of regional branches, and strategic programs for the future.



“The outcome of the seminar is a consolidated vision for the development of sports and the strengthening of the Olympic movement. Participants returned to the regions with clear tools and new solutions for further work.”


The nationwide seminar on the Olympic movement in Cherkasy region brought together key players in the sports environment to jointly discuss the prospects for the development of sports in Ukraine and make strategic decisions for the future. The events held during the seminar are aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of sports projects in the country and deepening cooperation between regions. Participants of the event gained new ideas and tools for further work in the field of physical culture and sports.
