In Dnipropetrovsk region, the cost of travel will rise for one of the most popular intercity bus routes. Starting from February 16, passengers will have to pay more for their trips between Kamianske and Dnipro. This is reported by Nashe Reporter.
The changes affect the route 'Kamianske (DMK) – Dnipro (New Center)'. The new fare will be 80 hryvnias instead of the current 60. The carrier provided information about the price increase in advance so that passengers could take it into account when planning their trips.

The transportation company explains that the decision to revise the fare was made due to significant cost increases. In particular, it refers to the rise in spare parts and consumables, as well as a driver shortage that complicates the stable operation of routes.
The reasons for the increase in intercity routes
The carrier cites several key factors that influenced the change in the cost of travel:
- increase in prices for components and maintenance;
- increase in production costs;
- a staffing crisis in the passenger transportation sector;
- increase in the overall cost of transport services.
The company emphasizes that without adjusting the tariff, it has become economically difficult to maintain the route under current conditions.
