In Donetsk, special anti-drone police teams successfully shot down more than 900 enemy drones over two months. This impressive result was achieved thanks to the units formed on the basis of the regional police.
Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko announced this during a meeting with the personnel. He thanked the police officers, rescuers, and military for their important work on the front lines and in the difficult conditions of the rear.
'These people – strong and unyielding – are our main guarantee of safety,' emphasized the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The anti-drone teams in Donetsk are actively working to ensure security and protect national space from potential threats. Their work not only ensures the safety of citizens but also helps prevent possible issues related to the use of drones for espionage or military purposes.
