On the night of September 14 to 15, an unpleasant incident occurred in Wrocław - an unknown criminal stole the license plates from a car and spray-painted its body with the inscription 'To the front'. The owner of the car, a citizen of Ukraine, quickly reported to the police. The damaged car and the slogan on it raise serious concerns, especially in the context of the refuge that Ukrainians have found in Poland during the war in Ukraine.
The police have already initiated an investigation into this act of vandalism, and xenophobic motives are not excluded. Specialists urge witnesses of the event to provide any information that may help to identify the perpetrators. At the same time, it is important to note that recently a suspect in the car theft, which belonged to the family of the country's Prime Minister Donald Tusk, was detained in Poland. However, there are currently no direct links between the two events.
