Odessa region under attack: a powerful explosion of a ballistic missile echoed at night

On the night of August 5, an explosion occurred in the Odessa region. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referencing monitoring channels.


At 02:27, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported a threat of ballistic use from the south. It quickly became known that the target was moving towards the Odessa region.


Later, monitoring channels reported that the explosion occurred within the Belgorod-Dniester district of the Odessa region. According to the Telegram channel monitor, the enemy used the 'Iskander-M' missile.

Currently, authorities have not commented on the explosion and its consequences.



Previous attacks in the region


We remind you that on the night of August 4, the Russian terrorist army attacked the Odessa region with drones. This led to massive fires that rescuers quickly extinguished.


Also, on the night of July 24, Russian terrorist troops carried out a large-scale drone attack on Odessa, leading to fires and damage to civilian facilities.


As a result of the Russian strike, the 'Privoz', a famous Odessa market, caught fire.


Russia also attacked the Izmail district of the Odessa region. This led to damages.


After the previous attacks on Odessa, another explosion suddenly occurred, resulting in damage to local infrastructure. Russian terrorist groups continue their assaults on this region, posing threats to peaceful residents and civilian objects.
