Russian troops in the southern direction have started using loitering munitions of aircraft type to strike Ukrainian positions and expand the area of impact. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Southern Defense Forces, Vladislav Voloshin.

The enemy directs these munitions against Ukrainian rear positions, using their increased flight range. The most strikes with loitering munitions are aimed by Russians in the direction of Ochakiv in Mykolaiv region and in the Zaporizhzhia direction to expand the area of impact and cut off the frontline of the Defense Forces.
Ukrainian troops are observing an intensification of the use of loitering munitions by the Russian enemy in the south, which creates additional challenges and threats for the defensive strategy.
