A tragedy occurred in Rivne region where a concrete fence collapsed, crushing a four-year-old boy. The child was taken to the hospital, but doctors could not save his life. Other children who were nearby remain unknown.
«The four-year-old boy from Varash was playing with two other boys in the yard of a private household near a fence made of concrete blocks when the top two rows collapsed and fell on the child», – the police reported.
Investigators are treating this case as intentional murder with a note of accident and are trying to clarify all the circumstances of the tragedy. Unfortunately, this incident is not the first among children in Ukraine, and society demands additional control and investigation regarding the safety of children in various areas.
