A pre-trial investigation has been conducted regarding evasion of mobilization
In the Sumy region, three men were charged with creating a scheme for evading mobilization.
According to the investigation, a group of people from this region offered others to evade mobilization for a fee by providing them with fake subpoenas for conscription. This allowed them to avoid military summons for 10 days.
'The actions of the suspects were classified as obtaining illegal benefits for themselves by influencing the decision-making of a person authorized to carry out state functions, committed by prior conspiracy of a group of persons (part 2 of Article 28/part 2 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)'
Currently, law enforcement agencies are conducting investigations in collaboration with the Security Service of Ukraine and the 5th Border Detachment.
Evasion of mobilization is a serious violation of the law that can lead to severe consequences for the responsible persons. Such schemes undermine military duty and violate law and order in the country, which is why they are subject to thorough investigation and punishment.
