Kyiv region will be without gas from August 4: where and for how long scheduled outages are planned

Residents of the Kyiv region have been warned about gas outages from August 4 to 10. According to 'Hvilya', this was announced by the Kyiv branch of 'Gas Networks'.


Gas service representatives announced plans to suspend gas supply in some settlements of the Kyiv region from August 4 to 10. For safety reasons, everyone affected by these disruptions must close gas valves before appliances until all work is fully completed.



The Kyiv branch of 'Gas Networks' reports on such planned works:



  • From August 4 to 8, residents of part of the village of Bolshaya Motovilovka in the Fastiv district will temporarily be without gas due to planned repairs of the gas distribution system.

  • Starting from August 5 (Tuesday) until the 12th, gas supply will be suspended for consumers of the village of Brylovka in the Bilozerka district due to planned technical works.

  • In Bila Tserkva, gas system modernization will take place on August 7. Approximately from 9:00 to 17:00, the outage will affect residents of high-rise buildings at the following addresses: Volonterska, 5 and Skvyryske Shosse, 216a.

  • Also, in the Bilozerka district, from August 10 (Sunday), there will be a long-term repair of the medium-pressure gas pipeline, which will lead to a gas outage for consumers of the village of Kyschyntsi.



We remind that Ukrainians have been informed about the state of the energy system and the risks of new outages.
