The Cabinet of Ministers, having convened at an off-site meeting in Kharkiv, made a number of important decisions aimed at addressing the problems of frontline communities. Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko emphasized: 'We are distributing funds according to the greatest risks and needs of the regions.'
- An additional 665.3 million UAH has been allocated for fuel purchases for 9 frontline regions. This will help provide energy for hospitals, schools, shelters, and water supply.
- A total of 1.8 billion UAH from the reserve fund is directed towards the maintenance of roads in frontline areas, which is crucial for both military and civilian personnel.
- 1.46 billion UAH has been allocated for road repairs in Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions, and another 306 million UAH will go towards work in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.
Additionally, 1.6 billion UAH has been designated as extra subsidies to support local budgets in the frontline regions.
