Artist and soldier David Chychkan died on the front line
David Chychkan was wounded on August 8 while repelling an assault in the Zaporizhzhia direction. The next day he died of a heart attack. His death was confirmed by his comrades, reports 'Glavkom'.

David Chychkan was born in 1986 in Kyiv to a family of artists. He himself called himself a 'drawer' - his art combined graphics, posters, painting, street art, performance, and text, created primarily for workers and ordinary people.
He always approached any task he had to perform responsibly, never hiding behind the backs of others or his social status. He was always sincere with people and shared with his comrades his deep thoughts on politics, ethics, and social justice.
