Investigators from the Haysyn police reported suspicion against a woman who corrupted her minor daughter and distributed pornography involving her. She faces up to 15 years in prison. During the investigative actions, materials of a pornographic nature were seized from the suspect's mobile phone.
Under the procedural guidance of the Haysyn District Prosecutor's Office, the woman was charged under articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine related to the production and distribution of child pornography by coercing minors to participate in the creation of these materials.
The court decided to keep the offender in custody with the possibility of bail while the pre-trial investigation is ongoing. This incident reminds us of the arrest of a U.S. citizen in Ukraine, who had been on the run from justice for sexual offenses against children for over 30 years.
