The State Bureau of Investigations has initiated a criminal proceeding after a Ukrainian fighter jet released a projectile that hit a house in one of the villages in Volyn. According to the information from the DBR press service, the incident occurred on September 11.

Preliminary data indicates that during the fighter jet's flight, an unauthorized release of the projectile occurred, striking a private residential house. As a result of the explosion, the building was completely destroyed.

Fortunately, the house was empty, so there are no casualties among local residents. Currently, a special DBR team is working at the scene, conducting investigative actions. The investigation is being carried out under part 2 of Article 416 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of flight rules or preparation for them).

Incident in the village of Kopyllia: a projectile fell from the plane

In the village of Kopyllia in Volyn, a similar situation previously occurred when a projectile fell from a Ukrainian military aircraft, destroying a residential house. Witnesses claim that the plane was flying too low and then changed course towards Belarus. As a result, the house where the parents of the deputy head of the local police resided was destroyed.

Other information indicates that over the past day, 195 combat actions were recorded. The supplier of enemy forces attacked the positions of the Ukrainian military and populated areas from the air, releasing 147 guided bombs and conducting 4919 shellings, including from multiple launch rocket systems.

A dangerous incident occurred in the Volyn village when a fighter jet released a projectile onto a house, leading to its complete destruction. Fortunately, no one was injured since the house was empty. Meanwhile, a similar situation has already occurred in the village of Kopyllia, where a projectile fell from a plane, resulting in the destruction of a residential house. These incidents raise serious questions regarding the safety of military aviation flights and the potential for projectiles to fall on civilian buildings.
