The capital has been experiencing the consequences of bad weather for the third consecutive day. Heavy rains that have been ongoing since July 29 have led to significant flooding of the streets of Kyiv. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing local social media.
Due to the large accumulation of water on the roads, numerous traffic jams have formed in the city, which complicate transportation.
Traffic is difficult on several streets
As reported by the First Deputy Chief of the Patrol Police Department Oleksiy Beloshytsky, due to significant precipitation, traffic is difficult on the following streets:
- Oleksandra Makova
- Stetsenko
- Borshchahivska
- Sviatoshynska
- Petro Radchenko
- Degiaryevska
- Dorogozhytska
- Avtozavodska
It is reported that utility workers are eliminating the aftermath of the bad weather, but despite this, traffic in the city is difficult, and the rains continue.

Meteorologists promise that on July 31, precipitation is not expected almost everywhere in Ukraine. In Kyiv, July will end with dry weather accompanied by a fresh gusty wind and an air temperature of +22...+24 degrees.
