Investigators of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine conducted searches at the employees of the State Tax Service in the Khmelnytskyi and Mykolaiv regions, as well as at the central office of the STS. This information was reported by the agency in a statement for 'Glavkom'.
It was officially announced that the searches began on December 10. The cases under investigation are related to the active activities of risky enterprises in 2024-2025.
According to representatives of the STS, the details of the proceedings and all the details of the case fall under the jurisdiction of law enforcement agencies. Tax service employees fully assist in the conduct of anti-corruption investigations.
In turn, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau has no achievements in conducting criminal prosecutions within the framework of pre-trial investigations, as recorded in the audit report. The risk of illegal disclosure of information remains high, although steps have been taken to avoid it.
