Official exchange rates on January 9, 2026

The National Bank of Ukraine has updated the historical records of official exchange rates on January 9, 2026. The dollar has risen to 42.99 hryvnias, while the euro has increased to 50.18 hryvnias. The official dollar rate has increased by 27 kopecks, while the euro has gained 25 kopecks.

Changes in exchange rates since the beginning of the year

Since the beginning of 2026, the dollar has added 64 kopecks, while the euro has added 39 kopecks. It is worth noting that on January 8, 2026, the average selling rate of the dollar in exchange offices was 43.32 hryvnias, while the euro was 50.64 hryvnias. The dollar quotations in the interbank market closed on January 7 at 42.91-42.94 hryvnias.

These changes indicate a continuation of currency fluctuations in Ukraine, reflecting current economic trends.
