National program 'National Cashback'
The national program 'National Cashback' continues to operate, and participants in the program will receive payments for October and November by the end of December 2023 due to delays. This will allow many Ukrainians to take advantage of the opportunity to receive a portion of the costs for products of Ukrainian production.
The maximum cashback amount is 3000 hryvnias per month, which can total 6000 hryvnias over two months. The government refunds 10% of the cost of goods purchased in Ukraine. It is important to note that the list of allowed expenses was reduced at the end of 2025, and new rules will be in effect until the end of June 2026.
Allowed expenses for cashback

- medications and medical products
- food products
- books and Ukrainian printed products
- utilities
- charitable contributions
- postal services
