The National Selection for Eurovision-2026 will change its format: what to expect for viewers

Ukrainian director Herman Nénov once again took on the role of creative producer of the National Selection for Eurovision-2026. For the second consecutive year, he is leading the process of choosing Ukrainian participants.

Herman promises to make changes to the format of the National Selection, oversee the visual content of the show, and create concepts for the participants' performances. He says he dreams of making the National Selection a true Ukrainian Eurovision. Currently, the team is already working on innovations, and the finalists will be known soon.

Eurovision-2026 will celebrate its 70th anniversary in Vienna, Austria, where the semi-finals and final will take place. This is already the third time that Vienna has hosted this major music event. The producer team also includes singer Jamala.
