Reminder from NAK 'Naftogaz Ukraine' about submitting gas meter readings
NAK 'Naftogaz Ukraine' asked all its clients to timely submit their gas meter readings monthly.
According to information received from the company's press service to the publication 'Khvylya', such a message was sent out.
'Everyone has their own rituals. Some drink coffee and watch the sunrise in the morning, some roll out their to-do lists, and we monthly remind: from the 28th to the 5th inclusive, submit gas meter readings,' the company interestingly noted.
Ukrainians were asked to timely provide data on their gas consumption, as this is an important part of the cooperation between supplier and consumer. It was stated that from the 28th to the 5th of the following month inclusive, clients should submit current meter readings.
It was also emphasized that this can be done quite quickly and easily:
- through the personal cabinet at my.gas.ua
- in the GASUA chatbot on Telegram: t.me/GASUA_bot or Viber: chats.viber.com/naftogazpostach
- without registration on the site: gas.ua/ua/indicators
- by sending a message to the short SMS number 4647.
'Your responsibility is the foundation of our comfortable interaction,' company representatives emphasized.
Earlier, Naftogaz explained how to pay for gas using the national cashback.
NAK 'Naftogaz Ukraine' emphasized the importance of timely submission of gas meter readings for effective cooperation between the company and consumers.
