A refund is possible if the consumer can provide a payment confirmation, certified by the financial institution that processed the transaction. The following documents are required to apply for a refund:

Applications can be submitted in two ways: remotely by emailing the documents to client@gas.ua, or by traditional post to the address: 1A Soborna Street, Kropyvnytskyi, 25001, Ukraine, addressed to LLC Gas Company Naftogaz of Ukraine.
