New Payment Details for Gas Bills
Naftogaz of Ukraine, the national energy company, has announced updated banking details for customer payments for natural gas. This change affects over 12 million households served by the company. The new payment information will be printed on the bills sent to consumers, and for customers of partner banks, the details will be updated automatically in their systems.
Naftogaz also reminded customers about the recent launch of its new mobile app, Kub. This app is designed to make managing gas supply issues more convenient. Customers can submit meter readings and make payments through their personal account on gas.ua, by sending an SMS to 4647, or directly via the Kub application.
