Latin American passion for Ukrainian cuisine


Hector Jimenez-Bravo has been connecting his life with Ukraine for many years. He was born on January 14, 1972, in Colombia. From a young age, he was interested in cooking and began his journey in gastronomy by studying in prestigious culinary schools in Latin America. Later, he gained international experience working in famous restaurants in Canada, Malaysia, China, France, Spain, Russia, and Ukraine.


He combines European cooking techniques with Latin American passion and bold authorial experiments. Jimenez-Bravo arrived in Ukraine in 2009 from Russia. Just two years later, he became famous thanks to his participation in the 'MasterChef' project on the STB TV channel, where he has been a leading judge since the first season. Besides his television career, Hector is developing a restaurant business in Ukraine.
