The government has made a number of important decisions in the field of defense and military service. Now, Ukrainian defenders will have the opportunity to sign contracts for various terms with guaranteed deferment after the contract ends. An expanded incentive package is also becoming available for all military personnel, which will contribute to the formation of a professional and motivated army.
The decision to expand the participation opportunities for foreigners in the Ukrainian army was also made. They will now be able to sign officer contracts and serve in various military units, undergoing special checks by recruitment centers.
Strengthening military training for students in medical and pharmaceutical specialties will become a mandatory step, which will allow for the preparation of a reserve of personnel in areas critically important for military medicine. It is also planned to create a Research Center to support the Armed Forces, which will study and modernize the strategies of the Ukrainian army.
