NATO Assesses the Impact of Ukrainian Attacks on Moscow
Senior NATO officials have characterized Ukraine’s strikes on Moscow as a direct threat to President Vladimir Putin’s grip on power. Speaking at the RUSI conference in London, Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe, Air Marshal Sir Johnny Stringer, told The Telegraph that the Russian leader faces a precarious situation.

Last week, Kyiv launched a massive drone assault on Moscow involving roughly one thousand unmanned aircraft, destroying a major oil refinery. NATO estimates that the war has already cost Russia 500,000 casualties, while Kyiv claims it is neutralizing up to 30,000 enemy troops each month.
Recent Strikes and Their Consequences
Another notable recent operation targeted Saint Petersburg, where a similar oil refinery was hit. Robert Brovdi, head of Ukraine’s unmanned systems forces, reported that these missions have successfully struck 48 military assets, including:
