Lobbying Disclosure Campaign Concludes

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NAPC) has issued a reminder that the first lobbying activity reporting campaign is concluding. The final deadline for submitting reports is January 31, 2026. This requirement applies to all lobbying entities that registered between September 1 and December 31, 2025.

Only 6 days remain until the reporting campaign ends. Reports must be filed by 23:59 on January 31, 2026, even if the entities have since ceased or suspended their lobbying status. The document must cover the entire period of actual lobbying activity—from the date of registration through December 31, 2025, inclusive.

Reports must be submitted electronically via the Transparency Register's online system. A report is considered officially filed from the moment an electronic digital signature is applied. Confirmation of submission is provided by a corresponding status update in the Register, offering an additional guarantee of compliance with legal requirements.

Upholding Transparency and Accountability

The conclusion of this lobbying disclosure campaign marks a significant step in promoting transparency and accountability within this sector. The NAPC is implementing these measures to monitor lobbying practices and mitigate corruption risks. This initiative is part of Ukraine's broader anti-corruption reforms, aligning with international standards for open governance. Timely filing of these reports will enable an assessment of lobbying activity levels across the country and help ensure adherence to legislative norms.
