Deadline for Lobbying Activity Reports
The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NAPC) has issued a reminder regarding the upcoming deadline for filing lobbying activity reports. The final submission date is set for January 31, 2026. This requirement applies to lobbying entities that registered during the period from September 1 to December 31, 2025, and they must report on their actual activities during that time.
With only 6 days remaining until the lobbying reporting campaign concludes, all reports must be submitted by 23:59 on January 31, 2026. The entities obligated to report include both individuals and legal entities, including foreign ones, who registered within the specified timeframe. Reports must cover the period from the date of registration through December 31, 2025, inclusive.
Reporting Procedure
Reports must be filed electronically using the functionalities of the Transparency Register. A report is considered officially submitted from the moment it is signed with a qualified electronic signature. The following entities are required to submit reports:
- Individuals;
- Legal entities;
- Foreign entities registered between September 1 and December 31, 2025;
- Entities that have terminated or suspended their status.
Ensuring transparency in lobbying activities is a crucial step in Ukraine's fight against corruption. The electronic preparation and submission of reports streamline the oversight process for lobbyists and foster openness among organizations engaged in lobbying. Adherence to these deadlines is essential for all entities to avoid potential fines and ensure compliance with legal requirements. This system is part of Ukraine's broader post-2014 reforms aimed at increasing governmental accountability.
