NABU identified violations in all checked declarations: amounts up to 38 million UAH

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NABU) conducted 78 full checks of declarations in November 2025, identifying violations. In total, signs of inaccurate information were found in 37 declarations for amounts exceeding 172 million UAH and signs of unjustified assets in five declarations.


26 substantiated conclusions were submitted under Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, 14 under Part 4 of Article 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, 1 under Article 172-5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and one material regarding the recognition of assets as unjustified was transferred to the SAP.



TOP-10 violations based on the results of full checks


Among the largest violations in declarations, the following cases were identified:



  • A former deputy head of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Sumy region for 2023 - inaccurate information for an amount exceeding 19.8 million UAH.

  • The director of the municipal enterprise 'Directorate of road and transport construction of Kyiv' for 2022.

  • A former head of the residence registration department of the Pechersk District State Administration in Kyiv for 2022.

  • A former judge of the Supreme Court for 2024 - inaccurate information for an amount exceeding 5.3 million UAH.

  • And others.



Law enforcement agencies in November submitted indictments in criminal proceedings based on the results of full checks of declarations to the court.

According to the results of the checks conducted, NABU identified serious violations in the declarations of public officials and has already transferred relevant materials to the competent authorities for further consideration.
