Salzburg, by contrast, ranks as the worst workation city in Europe. Very expensive housing, limited coworking options, and a less competitive internet service all contribute to its last-place finish. Munich and Hamburg also appear in the lower part of the list, due to slow internet and high living expenses. Hamburg manages to sit slightly higher than Munich, however, because it has more coworking spaces.
