'Top 50 Leaders of Ukrainian Business' Awards Ceremony
The 'Top-100. Ratings of the Largest' editorial team, in partnership with delo.ua, has announced the winners of the 'Top 50 Leaders of Ukrainian Business' ranking. The awards ceremony was held on April 15 during the Business Wisdom Summit conference at the InterContinental Kyiv hotel. Winners were selected in a two-stage process based on online voting results, expert assessments, and company performance data from 2025.
This ranking highlights the executives steering Ukraine's most significant enterprises during a period of profound economic challenge. The final 'Top 50 Leaders of Ukrainian Business' list was distilled from a longlist of nearly 150 managers, with 70 making it to the shortlist. Collectively, the winning leaders oversee companies that generate approximately UAH 2 trillion in annual revenue.
Winners and Special Categories
The top five spots in the 'Top 50 Leaders of Ukrainian Business for 2026' were awarded to:
- Maksym Tymchenko, General Director of DTEK;
- Vasyl Danyliak, CEO of OKKO Group;
- Yevhen Osypov, General Director of Kernel;
- Yuriy Ryzhenkov, General Director of Metinvest Holding;
- Oleksandr Komarov, CEO of Kyivstar.
Special recognition was also given in several categories. Maksym Tymchenko, General Director of DTEK, was named the leader in investments for recovery. The best crisis managers were recognized as:
- Yevhen Tafiiychuk, CEO of Nova Poshta;
- Dmytro Shpakov, President of AB InBev Efes Ukraine;
- Oleksandr Dubinin, Owner and General Director of the Paralel company.
Business Ambassadors were named:
