Ukrainians were explained how to properly plant trees at the boundary of their plot. According to official information published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, there are specific requirements for the placement of plants near the boundary of neighboring territories.

According to construction standards effective since October 2019, there are clear rules. These requirements only apply to new land plots and garden plots. However, plants planted before this date remain in place.

According to DBN B.2.2-12:2019, the distance to shrubs must be at least 1 meter, and to the tree trunks - from 4 to 6 meters.

When calculating, one should consider the size of the tree crown, in particular its diameter. The distance from the fence must be at least half of this value.

For example, if the diameter of the tree crown is 10 meters, then the distance from the fence must be at least 5 meters.

It is also not advisable to allow the branches of plants to extend beyond the territory of neighbors to avoid potential conflicts.

Recently, Ukrainian drivers began to be fined for tires on cars.

The explanation of the requirements for the placement of plants near the boundary of the plot is important to avoid conflicts between landowners. It is necessary to adhere to the established distances to maintain peace and harmony in neighborly relations.
