Yesterday, the presidency of the Italian National Olympic Committee determined who will carry the country's flag at the XXV Winter Olympic Games 2026 in Milan-Cortina d'Ampezzo. Arianna Fontana and Federico Pelligrino will take on this important mission in Milan, while Federica Brignone and Amos Mozaner will do so in Cortina d'Ampezzo. Carlo Mornati, the general secretary of CONI, emphasized that the choice of Fontana is symbolic, as she is Italy's most decorated athlete in the Winter Olympics.
