He threw a device with flammable liquid into the building, but it did not ignite, informs 'Glavkom' with reference to the Odessa regional police.
The criminal was identified within a few days and was detained at his residence. Currently, the issue of choosing a preventive measure and transferring materials for further investigation is being resolved.
