As a result of the night attack in Khmelnytskyi, public transport will operate with deviations from the schedules. This was reported by 'Glavcom' referring to the Khmelnytskyi city council.
“Due to the night events, today public transport will carry passengers with significant deviations in the schedules and with a smaller number of rolling stock,” the message states.
Head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration Serhiy Tyurin added that the region was attacked with missiles and drones twice today – at night and in the morning. Air defense forces were activated.
“Fortunately, there has been no information about injuries or fatalities at this time. Currently, it is known about a fire at a garage complex, damage to a trolleybus, shattered windows in residential buildings, and damage to non-residential premises. All necessary services are involved in the response. The consequences of the attack are being assessed,” Tyurin noted.
In Vyshhorod, due to an enemy attack, debris from a downed target caught fire between high-rise residential buildings. A car and the glazing of houses were damaged. The fire caused by the hit has already been extinguished.
According to the mayor of Khmelnytskyi, the result of the Russian attack has caused damage and fires. Rescuers are already working to eliminate the consequences.
