Overnight assault on Kyiv
In the early hours of August 5, Russia launched a ballistic missile attack against the Ukrainian capital. By 8 a.m., a 60-year-old woman was confirmed dead in the Obolon district. Sixteen people in total were injured, including an ambulance driver. Four of the wounded are in critical condition; the rest suffered shrapnel wounds, blunt-force injuries, and fractures.
