Today, the XLII General Assembly of the NOC of Ukraine took place, along with a ceremonial meeting to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine. The year was summarized, and a direction was set for 2026.
Present at the meeting were the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Olena Kovalivska, IOC President Kirsty Coventry, representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, NOC members, federations, partners, coaches, and athletes.

During the General Assembly, important issues were discussed, such as the preparation of athletes, their protection in difficult conditions, work with youth, Olympic education, and regional development. The work of the national Olympic committee presents many challenges, but the participants are confident in their strength and readiness to move forward.
Participants of the General Assembly of the NOC of Ukraine noted the achievements of the past year and discussed plans for the future. Important topics included the preparation of athletes, protection of their rights, development of sports among youth, and support for regional sports initiatives. Event participants emphasized the importance of cooperation among all areas of sports to achieve common goals.
