The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Valery Churkin held negotiations on the development of cooperation with the Norwegian defense company Radionor Communications. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.

During the meeting, the Norwegian delegation was headed by the CEO of Radionor Communications, Raymond Sederholm. Valery Churkin thanked the people and leadership of Norway, as well as the Norwegian company for their support in the fight against Russian aggression.

'The necessity for communication technologies resistant to electronic warfare, especially in unmanned operations in Ukraine, is urgent. Together with our Ukrainian partners and with the support of the Norwegian government, we expect the delivery of more units. Our goal is to enhance the capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles and assist the Ukrainian army in training with their use,' said Raymond Sederholm.

'The presence of the company's representation in Ukraine will simplify the maintenance of its products, allow for professional training of Ukrainian servicemen in this regard, and thus make the use of these types of weapons as effective as possible,' noted Valery Churkin.

During the negotiations between the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine and representatives of the Norwegian company Radionor Communications, opportunities for cooperation in the supply and training regarding the use of modern technologies by the Ukrainian army were discussed. Ukraine counts on support and expert assistance from its Norwegian partners in strengthening its defense capability.
