The company «Nova Post» announced an increase in delivery rates, which will take effect from April 13, 2026. The increase is explained by rising costs and the need to maintain service stability. This was reported by the press service of “Nova Post”.
Nova Post Rates 2026: New Shipping Prices
According to the updated rates, the cost of delivering documents and parcels will change.
New prices:

documents:
within the city — 70 UAH;
within Ukraine — 80 UAH; -
parcels up to 30 kg:
delivery within the city:
up to 2 kg — 70 UAH;
up to 10 kg — 115 UAH;
up to 30 kg — 180 UAH;
delivery within Ukraine:
up to 2 kg — 90 UAH;
up to 10 kg — 135 UAH;
up to 30 kg — 200 UAH;

cargo over 30 kg:
within the city — 7 UAH per kg;
within Ukraine — from 11 UAH per kg depending on the zone.
The delivery cost includes packaging for shipments weighing from 0.5 to 4 kg.
New Delivery Prices: Which Services Will Remain Unchanged
Some services will not increase in price even after the rate update.
In particular:

storage of parcels in branches;

service «Transfer Point»;

surcharge for sending from a village or settlement;

packaging of medium and large parcels.
The company also keeps free:

packaging for small shipments;
-
branded envelopes for documents;
-
redirecting parcels on the way;
-
commission for declared value up to 500 UAH.
The company explains that the revision of rates is associated with the overall increase in expenses, particularly due to the rising cost of fuel, energy resources, and partner services. At the same time, «Nova Post» continues to invest in network development, delivery safety, and increasing employee salaries.
Recall that «Nova Post» has started operating in the USA through cooperation with UPS. This step allows users to send documents and parcels weighing up to 30 kilograms to Ukraine. More than 6000 partner UPS Store locations are involved in receiving shipments across the USA.
