Nova Poshta's New Service Fees
Ukraine's leading courier company, Nova Poshta, has announced a revised pricing structure that will take effect on December 1, 2025. The company continues to offer a wide range of in-branch amenities, which include:
- Device charging stations
- Complimentary Wi-Fi access
- Spaces for online meetings
- Cash withdrawal services
- Nebulizer use for inhalation therapy
Customers can charge various personal devices like phones, laptops, tablets, headphones, and power banks at Nova Poshta branches. However, the use of hair dryers, charging stations consuming over 300 Wh, and other high-power electrical devices is prohibited. The available Wi-Fi enables clients to work remotely or hold virtual meetings. Cash withdrawal can be performed with a commission, without a commission, or via a NovaPay card. The option to use a nebulizer is also provided.
What the Price Changes Mean for Customers
The tariff adjustments will not affect parcels weighing up to 2 kg. The costs for services like redirection, returns, and document envelopes or packages will be incorporated into the total delivery price. Furthermore, the commission on declared value for items up to 500 UAH will remain unchanged. It is important to note that certain items are prohibited from being sent in international shipments. These changes could impact users planning to utilize Nova Poshta's services in the near future.
Nova Poshta's tariff revisions reflect the company's adaptation to new economic conditions and evolving consumer needs.
Value-added services, such as device charging and Wi-Fi, enhance the convenience for customers, particularly given the rise in remote work. However, the new pricing may be a significant consideration for clients sending or receiving parcels, as it could affect the overall cost of delivery.
