On December 9, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to introduce a new Technical Regulation for machines, which is an important step in fulfilling the Association Agreement with the European Union and preparing for the conclusion of the ACAA Agreement in priority sectors.
This document is based on European standards and takes into account modern requirements for machine safety, the use of cutting-edge technologies, and cybersecurity.
