EPAM Ukraine and WINWIN AI Center of Excellence organized a three-week hackathon Diia.AIContest, where the best artificial intelligence specialists competed. The winners received grants of $8,000 and the opportunity to collaborate with EPAM Ukraine to integrate their solutions into the Diia app.
Among the winning ideas were an AI translator for documents, a service for detecting parking violations, and a legal document builder using artificial intelligence. Participants also developed other interesting projects, such as an AI navigator for public services, a photo verification service, and an application for developing digital services.
EPAM, together with the Ministry of Digitalization, has been working for 20 years to improve government services for citizens of Ukraine. Such hackathons become an important step in this direction, helping to develop digital technologies in the country and improve services for Ukrainians.
Participation in such events indicates the active development of the innovative sector in Ukraine and support for technological projects aimed at improving the lives of citizens.
