In response to the threat of Russian shelling aimed at stationary buildings of territorial recruitment centers, the Ukrainian authorities are considering the possibility of launching mobile military recruitment centers. This was reported by MP Fedor Venislavsky, a member of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on National Security, Defense and Intelligence.
The law does not require the placement of military recruitment centers only in specific buildings. In 2023, mobile centers can operate in a digital format, opening up wide opportunities for their functioning.
Venislavsky emphasized that the lack of a clear assignment of locations for military recruitment centers in the law creates the opportunity for innovation and response to new challenges. He believes that modern technologies will provide the necessary conditions for the operation of mobile centers, including through computer communication and access to databases.
However, to implement this project, approval from the military command is necessary. Venislavsky emphasizes that mobilization measures in Ukraine are conducted within the plans approved by the General Staff and the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Mobile territorial recruitment centers in Ukraine can become a new and effective tool for ensuring safety and coordinating actions in the event of a threat. The introduction of these mobile centers in a digital format opens up wide opportunities for improving the country's defense system and enhancing the effectiveness of national security measures.
