The Government of Ukraine today approved the decision to add the industrial park 'NOSIVSKI HOSPODARSTVA' to the Register of industrial parks. This park is located in Nosivka, Nizhyn district of Chernihiv region and was established by the city council for 30 years.
The area of the park is 14.1651 hectares. The implementation of the 'NOSIVSKI HOSPODARSTVA' project aims to create approximately 700 new jobs in the processing industry. To achieve this, it is planned to attract almost 716 million hryvnias from various sources of funding.
Further Development
According to the concept, the development of the industrial park involves attracting private investments, management funds, government support, private financing, and investments from future participants. To start the project, the city council plans to spend 0.5 million hryvnias.
The 'NOSIVSKI HOSPODARSTVA' park will host enterprises in the fields of food production, alternative energy, and scientific-technical sphere. This development will contribute to increasing the investment attractiveness of the region, improving the local economy, and developing Ukraine's processing industry.
