The Government of Ukraine has made changes to the order of military registration at enterprises. It is now clarified how commissions to check the status of military registration are formed at various levels. Also, representatives of the State Labor Service and the State Tax Service are included in such commissions.

Commission chairpersons are appointed as follows: for regional commissions - deputy chairman, head of the structural unit of the regional or Kyiv city state administration; for district (city) level commissions - deputy chairman, head of the structural unit of the district state administration, district administrations in Kyiv and Sevastopol, deputy city mayor.

It is also clarified that individuals who have died or have been declared unfit for military service are excluded from military registration. The same rules apply to those who have reached the maximum age for being in reserve or have terminated their citizenship of Ukraine.

The changes to the order of military registration at enterprises, which have come into effect, are aimed at improving control over the state of military obligation among citizens of Ukraine and more effectively organizing this process. The commissions that conduct inspections now include representatives of the relevant state authorities, which allows for more detailed and competent oversight of military registration at enterprises.
